Pastor/Youth Pastor
Do you know a young adult whom you feel would benefit from
further training in youth ministry and then being sent out on a team
to help plant a youth ministry? Teams consist of 3 or 4 individuals
who have completed school and have a passion for working with young
people and serving the Lord. They are trained for 4 months (January
– April) in a strategy for youth ministry and are then sent
into a community to work alongside the local church, training up lay
leaders to run a disciple making youth ministry (May – December).

Youth/Young Adult
Do you have a passion for young people and for serving the
Lord? Are you interested in being trained in youth ministry and then
serving on a team for a year? Teams consist of 3 or 4 individuals
who have finished school and are enthusiastic about youth ministry.
Teams
are trained for 4 months (January – April) in a strategy for
youth ministry and are then sent into a community to work alongside
the local church, training up lay leaders to run a disciple making
youth ministry (May – December). J-Life Ministries also runs
a Student Programme which can be applied for once you have completed
a year on a J-Life ministry team. This is a 3-year programme which
enables you to obtain a degree in theology (studying correspondence)
while continuing to work alongside J-Life Ministries in a ministry

for the pastor/youth pastor wanting a team
If you are passionate about reaching the young people in your
community for Christ but are struggling to raise up and train leaders
within your church, then a J-Life Coaching Team is for you!
J-Life Coaching Teams consist of 3 or 4 individuals who have finished
school and have a passion for working with young people and serving
the Lord. They are trained for 4 months (January – April) in
a strategy for youth ministry and are then sent to work alongside
you and your church, by training up lay leaders within your church
to run a disciple making youth ministry. The aim of training lay leaders
is to ensure that the youth ministry will be self sustaining once
the team leaves your church in mid-December. J-Life Ministries is
committed to the local church and should the process of training up
lay leaders within your church take longer than the proposed May -
December time period, as far as possible J-Life will continue the
process the following year within your church.
